The panel will discuss global advances in CCUS projects including the successful start of operations in Europe and North America. We will explore the conditions that made such projects feasible and current challenges that continue to prevent CCUS deployment at gigascale. Panelists will provide their views on policies, permitting, technical and economical aspects that are waiting to be solved and potential creative ideas to solve them. The discussion will cover onshore or near shore projects with a focus on offshore deployment.
