Nominee Requirements

Nominee must be an early career professional with 10 years or less of industry experience
Nominee must currently work in the offshore energy sector
Nominee must be a member in good standing with one of OTC’s sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organizations

Nomination Process

Identify one or more outstanding early career professional(s) within your sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organization
Complete the online nomination form
Request a resume or CV to include with the nomination form

Program Benefits

Recipients will receive a complimentary 4-day registration to OTC 2026
Recognition throughout OTC, including on the OTC website, social media platforms, and in the digital onsite program
Recipients will be listed in the OTC Awards Display, a permanent awards display case in NRG Center
Recipients will participate in the selection process of the Class of 2027
