Login Instructions:

• If you already have an account in SmallWorldLabs, or if you have previously set up credentials for another SPE event on this platform, please ensure the email address you are using to login is associated with the account. If you’re unsure, please contact: otc.events@spe.org.
   
• If you have not yet created a SmallWorldLabs account, select Create Account and follow the prompts.
   
• Please note that SmallWorldLabs does not allow multiple accounts to be created with the same email address. If your email address is already associated with an existing account, select Log In, enter your email address, and click Forgot Password to reset your password.

⚠️ Note: Access is limited to the primary, secondary, and invoice contacts listed in our system. If you're unsure, email otc.events@spe.org. 

Didn’t receive the password‑reset email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
  Automated system emails can occasionally be filtered out.
   
• If the email still isn’t arriving, one of the following may be happening:
  
  1. The email address you entered is not associated with your company’s account. Please contact otc.events@spe.org to verify that you are listed as a contact and that the email address you are using is associated with your account. 
  
  2. Your company’s firewall is blocking the message.
  In this case, please contact your IT department, then try the reset process again.

After logging in, don’t forget to:

• Fill in company details, description, product categories, and social media links
• Complete the “About” and “Contact” sections
  ✅ Remember to click “Save” after each edit

Please DO NOT copy and paste as doing so could cause HTML characters to appear in your listing.

CONTRACTED EXHIBITORS
Contracted Exhibitors receive a complimentary full listing, which includes:

• Company Name
• Booth Number
• Company Address
• Website URL
• Social Media Links
• Online Profile (limit 500 Characters)
• 3 Product Categories (online only)
