The week opened with a landmark Opening Ceremony General Session that set a compelling tone for the conference. His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, President of the Co‑operative Republic of Guyana, delivered the opening address to a standing-room-only audience—marking one of the most high-profile head-of-state appearances in OTC history.
