OTC 2027 Volunteer Program:
Attend, Learn, and Support the Offshore Energy Community

Are you interested in attending OTC but concerned about paying the registration fee? Join the OTC Volunteer Program and receive complimentary 3-day conference registration and parking for OTC 2027 while helping support one of the world's premier offshore energy events.

OTC volunteers help create a positive experience for attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and industry professionals from around the globe. From providing directions and attendee assistance to supporting technical sessions, volunteers are essential to the success of the event.

Volunteers must work at least one half-day shift and attend a mandatory pre-conference orientation to pick up your badge in order to receive a 3-day complimentary registration and parking pass to OTC 2027.​​​​​​

To qualify for volunteer benefits, participants must:

  • Complete at least one half-day volunteer shift
  • Attend the mandatory pre-conference orientation
  • Pick up their conference badge before the event

Volunteers play a critical role in ensuring attendees have a productive and engaging conference experience while gaining valuable exposure to the offshore energy industry.

Arrangement Volunteers

Assist in the technical sessions, directing attendees, providing information to OTC staff on the meeting rooms, and assisting the technical session chairpersons.
 

Registration Volunteers

Assist with registration efforts, provide information and assistance to attendees, and orient attendees on the proper registration procedures.
